Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance

loader-image

Yes. We install and service both natural gas and propane systems, including:

  • Gas lamps
  • Water heaters
  • Fireplace log sets
  • Cooktops and ranges
  • Outdoor grills and heaters
  • Whole-home generators

We ensure every gas installation meets safety standards and local codes.

We’re not electricians, but we can safely handle basic electrical connections related to plumbing, such as:

  • Standard water heater hookups (not tankless in most cases)
  • Garbage disposal and dishwasher connections
  • Certain appliance hookups evaluated case-by-case

If the work requires more extensive wiring, we can coordinate with a licensed electrician to ensure it’s done safely, for an additional fee.

Most standard plumbing repairs can be completed in a single visit.
Larger projects, such as repiping or system replacements, may take one to several days depending on scope.
Before we begin, you’ll always get a clear estimate of time and cost.

Yes — always.
Our technicians leave your home or business as clean (or cleaner) than they found it.
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and tidy work areas are standard practice.

We install or replace most plumbing fixtures and systems, including:

  • Toilets, sinks, and faucets
  • Garbage disposals and dishwashers
  • Conventional, tankless, and point-of-use water heaters
  • Water, drain, and gas lines
  • PVC, copper, PEX, and more

Whether you’re updating a single fixture or replacing old pipes throughout your home, we’ll get it done right.

Yes. In addition to small repairs, we handle complete system work such as:

  • Full water system reroutes
  • Sewer main replacements
  • Gas system replacements
  • Fixture relocation during remodels

Our team has the experience and equipment for large-scale residential and commercial repairs.

We handle just about everything — big or small.
Common repairs include:

  • Leaking faucets and toilets
  • Low water pressure
  • Water heater problems
  • Drainage and sewer issues
  • Gas leaks or line repairs

If it’s part of your home’s plumbing system, we can fix it. No job is too small, and no repair is too complex.

No. We handle limited plumbing-related electrical work, such as connecting water heaters or garbage disposals. We are not licensed electricians or HVAC contractors.

If your project involves more extensive wiring, electrical panels, etc. We can make arrangements with trusted local professionals or your preferred contractor. Alternatively, you may also choose to handle that portion of the work on your own.

Drain & Sewer Services

loader-image

We use professional-grade drain machines (often called “snakes”) to clear blockages safely and effectively.
Our machines use metal cables and cutting bits to break apart and remove clogs from inside the pipe.
We can access your system through cleanouts, roof vents, or even by temporarily pulling a toilet if needed — all while protecting your fixtures and flooring.

In some cases, Hyrdo-Jetting may also be necessary.

Yes. From kitchen sinks and showers to restaurant floor drains and main sewer lines, we handle it all.
Our equipment and expertise are suited for homes, businesses, and multi-unit properties alike.

Most consumer-available chemical drain cleaners are not recommended. They can damage pipes, harm septic systems, and often fail on tougher clogs.
When appropriate, we use professional-grade solutions that safely dissolve organic buildup. We also use mechanical methods that remove blockages without risking your plumbing.

Frequent blockages are often signs of a deeper issue such as:

  • Partial pipe collapse
  • Tree root intrusion
  • Grease or soap buildup over time
  • Poor slope or installation in older systems

A quick camera inspection can identify the cause so we can offer a permanent fix rather than another temporary clearing.

Hydro jetting is a high-pressure cleaning method that blasts water through your pipes at up to 3,000 PSI.
It not only clears blockages but scrubs the pipe walls clean, removing grease, sludge, and buildup that snaking can’t reach.
Jetting costs a bit more than snaking, but it’s the most thorough way to restore your drains to like-new condition.

Yes. We use video inspection equipment to inspect drain lines between 2″-4″. The camera allows us to see and record exactly what’s causing the issue.
Our locating equipment can then pinpoint the problem area without unnecessary digging. (Typically a collapsed pipe, root intrusion, or foreign object)
Camera inspections are often paired with jetting or repair work to confirm the problem is fully resolved.

Construction & Remodeling

loader-image

Yes. We provide full plumbing services for residential and commercial new construction, including all three critical phases:

  1. Rough-In: Installing the main water, drain, and gas lines beneath the slab.
  2. Stack-Out: Running water, drain, and gas lines through the walls and roof.
  3. Trim-Out: Installing fixtures and completing final connections once the structure is finished.

We work directly with builders, contractors, and property owners to ensure the job is done correctly from start to finish.

Absolutely. Whether you’re replacing a bathtub, adding a new bathroom, or updating your kitchen, we handle all plumbing involved in remodels.
We’ll help relocate or replace fixtures, reroute water and drain lines, and make sure everything meets current plumbing codes.

Yes. We work with commercial clients on remodels, additions, and tenant build-outs.
Our team understands tight timelines and code requirements. To minimize downtime, we coordinate directly with your general contractor or property manager.

Yes. We can reroute or extend existing water, drain, or gas lines for new fixtures or room additions.
Our team ensures the new layout ties cleanly into your existing system while maintaining proper flow and venting.

We service residential homes, multi-family units, and light commercial buildings throughout the Gulf Coast.
Whether you’re building from the ground up or upgrading an existing space, A Royal Flush Plumbing is ready to help.

Yes. We can inspect existing plumbing work to verify that it meets local code requirements.
This small step can save major time and cost later in the project.

Water Heaters

loader-image

We install, repair, and replace all major types of water heaters:

  • Conventional (tank) water heaters
  • Tankless (on-demand) water heaters
  • Electric and gas-powered models
  • Point-of-use units for small spaces or additions

If you’re not sure which type you have, we’ll identify it and recommend the most efficient solution for your needs and budget.

If you choose a tankless water heater, we strongly recommend a gas powered unit. Electric tankless water heaters are inefficient and will cost more to heat.

A conventional tank heater stores and heats a set amount of water (typically 40–50 gallons) for use throughout the day.
A tankless water heater heats water instantly as you use it, offering endless hot water and better energy efficiency.
Tankless units typically cost more upfront but save money long-term through lower utility bills and a longer lifespan.

If you choose a tankless water heater, we strongly recommend a gas powered unit. Electric tankless water heaters are inefficient and will cost more to heat.

Yes. We install and service both gas and electric tankless water heaters.
Whether you need a new installation or maintenance on your current unit, we’ve got you covered.
We also recommend flushing your tankless system every six months to prevent mineral buildup and keep it running efficiently.

When choosing a tankless water heater, we strongly recommend a gas powered unit if possible, as they are more efficient and will save you money over time.

Water heater longevity depends on many factors such as the type and quality of the product and your water quality. That being said, the average lifespan is as follows:

  • Tank water heaters: 8–12 years
  • Tankless water heaters: 15–20 years

Regular maintenance, including flushing and anode rod inspections, can help extend the lifespan of either system.

Popping or rumbling sounds usually mean there’s sediment buildup inside the tank.
As water heats, trapped air bubbles and debris cause noise.
Flushing the tank typically fixes this — and regular maintenance helps prevent it from coming back.

Yes — we can install customer-supplied water heaters.
However, we strongly recommend consulting us before purchase to ensure the unit meets local code requirements and fits your home’s plumbing and electrical setup.

Yes. We’re licensed to work with both natural gas and propane systems. Whether you need us to install new gas lines or updating venting as needed for safe operation.

Please note that we are not roofers, and as any roofing or flashing repairs must be completed by a professional roofer.

Absolutely. We offer tank and tankless flush services to remove sediment, restore performance, and improve efficiency.
Routine maintenance helps prevent costly breakdowns and keeps your manufacturer’s warranty valid.

Warranty & Satisfaction

loader-image

Yes — absolutely.
At A Royal Flush Plumbing, we stand behind every job we do.
If our workmanship ever fails, we’ll make it right. No fine print, no hidden terms — just honest accountability.

Our warranty covers labor and workmanship performed by A Royal Flush Plumbing.
If we installed or repaired something and it stops working because of our work, we’ll fix it at no cost during the warranty period.

However, manufacturer parts and fixtures are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not ours.
If a product you purchased fails, we’ll gladly help you contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim.

No. If a customer provides their own fixtures, appliances, or materials, we can’t guarantee those items.
If a customer-supplied item fails, the issue lies with the manufacturer or retailer.
That said, we’ll still stand behind our installation of that part.

Most of our labor is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of service.
Some services or products may have extended coverage depending on the job — we’ll always specify that in your estimate.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied.
If you ever feel that something wasn’t handled right, contact us immediately.
We’ll listen, evaluate, and do everything possible to make it right — that’s our promise.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Failures caused by neglect, misuse, or unrelated plumbing issues
  • Customer-supplied parts or fixtures
  • Damage from freezing, flooding, or natural disasters

If you’re ever unsure about coverage, just ask — we’ll be transparent about what’s included.

Services We Do Not Provide

loader-image

No. We do not install or service appliances themselves.
However, we do handle the plumbing connections to those appliances — such as water supply, drainage, and gas lines.

Examples of appliances we do not install or repair include:

  • Refrigerators and ice makers
  • Washers and dryers
  • Ovens, stoves, and ranges
  • Commercial ice makers

If you need help connecting water, drain, or gas lines for these appliances, we’re happy to assist — but the appliance installation or repair itself must be handled by a qualified appliance technician.

No. We do not perform septic system, sprinkler, or irrigation line work.
We specialize in water supply, drainage, and gas plumbing systems inside and immediately connected to your home or business.

Transparency saves everyone time.
We’d rather you know upfront what we do — and don’t do — so you can get the right professional on site the first time.
If we can’t handle a specific request, we’ll gladly recommend a reputable local partner who can.
